Users' 38-Page Guide

The Participants' Guide is a 38-page, easy-to-understand, interactive workbook that is used by each trainee during the seminar. Topics include basics of related anatomy and biomechanics, ergonomics workstation design, stretching, individual wellness, and preventative techniques of repetitive motion injuries (RMIs). It also serves as a resource for homework assignments, if desired.
